Do I need to be there?
No, but it helps. When the home is ready before I arrive, the photos come out better and the shoot goes faster.
What if I'm not happy with the photos?
Tell me what's off and I'll reshoot it.
Do you label staged photos?
Yes. Every virtually staged image is marked "Virtually staged," and you get the original too.
Are you licensed to fly drones?
Yes. FAA Part 107 certified.
