How much does it cost?
$299 for photos, drone, virtual twilight and the marketing kit, for homes up to 5,000 sq ft. Larger homes and add-ons are priced when you book, before you confirm.
Do I need to be there?
No, but it helps. When the home is ready before I arrive, the photos come out better and the shoot goes faster.
What if I'm not happy with the photos?
Tell me what's off and I'll reshoot it.
Can I add a listing reel?
Yes. A reel shot on the same visit is $250, so photos and a reel together are $549. Both formats (a vertical reel and a horizontal walkthrough) are $399.
What is Content Month?
A monthly video plan: one planning call, one shoot and 8 short videos with your branding, plus a results report. Founding rates start at $749 a month on 3-month billing. See the plans.
Do you label staged photos?
Yes. Every virtually staged image is marked "Virtually staged," and you get the original too.
Are you licensed to fly drones?
Yes. FAA Part 107 certified.
