DSPV Social Studio is the web app DSPV Media runs for the real estate agents it works with. You connect your own Instagram and TikTok accounts, approve each piece of content before it goes anywhere, and let the studio answer the people who ask for what you offered.
What it does
- Connect your accounts. Instagram professional accounts connect through Instagram Login; TikTok accounts through TikTok's own authorization screen. You see exactly which permissions you grant, and you can disconnect in Settings at any time, which deletes the stored access token immediately.
- Approve every piece. Each week's content lands in your approval queue. Nothing is published, and nothing is sent to TikTok, until you approve it.
- TikTok drafts. An approved video is sent to your TikTok inbox as a draft. You open TikTok, review it, and post it yourself. The studio never posts to TikTok on your behalf.
- Instagram follow-up. When someone comments a campaign keyword under your post or sends it as a message, the studio replies once, says it is automated, and asks where to send what they asked for. You can take over any conversation and reply yourself.
- Results. Profile and video statistics from TikTok and Instagram sit next to the leads and appointments each post produced.
Your data
We read only what the features above need: your account's basic profile, your own posts and their statistics, and the comments and messages sent to your account.
